I have a Chihuahua mix. It weighs about 15 pounds. It looks like maybe a Doberman cross. Any thoughts?

What a beautiful baby! I would guess Miniature Pincher as a cross with the Chihuahua. Mostly Chihuahua!

I used to have a black & tan Manchester terrier. Tiny feet like a Chihuahua, large stand up ears and big loving eyes in a dainty face. Oh, her tail was curled too.
I have a doggie that looks just like yours but he is older - 2 years old, and he is mixed with terrier. That is what your little furbaby looks like.
