I have a chihuahua and she's one year old but she still looks like a puppy, but maybe she's not fully chihuahua, but i don't know what's she's mixed with. So what breed is my dog?

If she is one year old, she is still pretty much a puppy. She has a lot of growing up to do yet. Why do you think that she is mixed with something else?
The pic is a bit blurry, but she certainly looks Chihuahua. Maybe not show quality, but still a Chihuahua. Just give her lots of love and positive reinforcement and she will be fine. Please give her a gentle kiss for me!
