I got this pup off Craigslist thinking she's supposedly a German Shepherd Rottweiler mix. Do you think it's possible or did they lie? They say she's 5 weeks old.

She looks like a Boxer-German Shepherd mix to me. I did breed rescue for several years in the US as an off-shoot of 40+years as an AKC Boxer breeder. At 5 weeks she's too young to have been sold or adopted but that is the age she looks in the pics - you need to get her to a vet ASAP to be sure she's OK.
