We adopted Brody a couple of days ago. They said he was a mini Australian Shepherd and standard Australian Shepherd. But others have disagreed. He's 8 weeks old and weighs 4.5 lbs. His tail curls upward, and he has thick and kind of wooly/fluffy fur.

I had a dog that looked very similar to that one and she was part australian shepard, mixed with Akita (and a bit of husky - she was a mut). But yes the dog looks a lot like it's got Akita mixed in.
