What Breed is My Dog?

My cousin had this dog which I found to be so very smart and cute that he gave it to me. He is around one year old, but I do not know what breed he is. My cousin is not also sure, but he told me that they told him that he is mix between a German Shepherd and Turkish dog.

As you can see in the picture, his color is very close to the German Shepherd so I wonder if anyone knows what he might be cause I searched a lot online and couldn't find what he is. Thanks.
