What Breed is My Dog?

We just got this loving girl at the animal shelter. They had her listed as a Cur mix however she doesn't have any Cur traits. She is very loving and loves to cuddle. She is just about four months old and weighs about 30 lbs. She is an aggressive chewer and very smart.

Our vet says she thinks she has Australian Cattle dog or has Shepherd in her since her left eye is half blue, half brown. She has spots on top of her ears and on her belly (not fur). It is markings on her skin.
