What Breeds Are My Dogs?

My German Shepherd had 6 puppies, but we have two puppies that I can't tell what mix they are. The first one named Snoopy is black and white that are marked up like a cow with brown traces. His ears are down and his tail is short.

The second one named Xavier is a dark brown puppy with traces of black. In my opinion he looks more like a German Shepherd. His ears are also standing up now
