If you cannot get an answer here, put the bug in a sealed plastic bag and don't crush the bug. Take it anyplace they sell pesticides. They will help you identify it and get rid of it.

You do not say where or when you are finding this bug (or how often) or if it is a crawling or flying bug so it would be very difficult for us to help you. Photos of bugs are usually not good enough to identify the bug unless it is a close up and not just enlarged.

If it is a big problem, I would suggest you put one in a baggie and take it to your local pest control service or one of your stores that sells all types of bug products (Lowe's, Home Depot) and ask them to identify it.
If it is in one area you might try using Borax (scattered around) as it does kill crawling bugs and doesn't have to be removed. Borax can be bought at Walmart type stores in the cleaning product section.

In your second photos of the track marks, this is a larvae left behind by the bug. There is a lot of bugs that leave larvae behind and it is difficult to determine what bug it is.

I have to agree with the others here. You need to catch one of these tiny black bugs and take it to a Pest control company in your area. They will identify the bug for you.
