We planted sunflowers, but the only thing that came up was this plant. To me it doesn't look like the beginning of a sunflower. It has too many buds and some are black buds. Any info would be appreciated:) Thank you!

It is an abutilon plant, a weed with small yellow flowers. When the pods turn black they have seeds in them.
