Can anyone tell me what this plant is and what it needs to return to health? I think it's been overwatered. It has velvety leaves. I'd like it be a bushier plant, or do I need to give it a trellis?

Do you think it could be a begonia? Begonias are bulbs that can be planted outdoors, but lifted in the fall if it gets cold where you live during the winter. They can also be grown as houseplants.
