What Is This Houseplant?

What Is This Houseplant? - trailing plant with small green leavesI bought this at a farmer's market, but I am not sure what it is. The tendrils have grown very long. It's looking a bit worse for wear now so I would like to know how best to take care of it.

It appears to be a String Of Pearls plant.

First, don't overwater. These need very little water.

If it's getting stringy, cut the ends off and stick them back into the soil to re-root.

I have looked at this photo several times and it does appear to be a String of Pearls but the long stands do not look healthy.
