It used to have 3-4 red leaves on the top, but they fell off. I'm trying to find out what the name of it is to give it proper care. Thank you!

Can't quite see, but, to me, it looks like an overgrown leggy Poinsettia.
it is difficult to tell for sure but it does look like a very leggy poinsettia.
