Does it have legs at all? From this view it looks like a baby leech
Hi it looks remarkably like a flea before it changes to it's "hoppable" state. If it is, the flea eggs will have hatched out into this worm like larva. you could put it in a sealed jam jar which will give you time to see what it becomes. If it is a flea you will need to have help to sort your place from somewhere like rentokil.
I might be a meal worm. This is a photo.
I would put it in a sealed plastic bag and take it to any place that sells pesticides. They can help you.

Sorry - There are members/readers of ThriftyFun in the US and many other countries so not knowing where you live and no more information than what is given will make it difficult for someone to help you.
If you are finding them in your kitchen then it could be mealworms. Mealworms can get into and ruin stored flour, pet food, mill feed, cereal and other dry goods.
