This has taken over my flower garden. The blooms are tiny white flowers and the coverage is invasive. I don't know if it's a weed or if I should leave it alone?

Well if you like how it looks I would leave it but if it is taking up to much room maybe consider cutting it back or perhaps moving it to somewhere that needs a lot of coverage. Im not sure the name of it but I have found houseplant411.com to be a helpful website in identifying different types of plants. Best of luck!
Perhaps it is Morning Glories? I know they have tiny white flowers and can grow virtually anywhere and everywhere.
