It is a plume celosia.
Abigail is right. This is Celosia argentea, variety plumosa. It is not usually considered a house plant. It should die this fall when you can no longer provide strong enough light. The good news: this one plant will make thousands of seed. They are easy to grow. Do check out saving the seed and starting more plants early next Spring.
