What is This Plant?

Can someone identify this plant? I bought it on sale at a nursery in Maryland and no one knew what it was, but it's very pretty.

Hardiness Zone: 7a

Kinda hard to tell from this photo, but maybe a variegated "rubber tree"? I had a plain leafed one that grew in almost the same way.

Thanks, Barb1975. I'll look at Rubber Plant files and see if I can find it.
