It looks like trumpet vine to me. I can't really tell by the pic but try looking up trumpet vine and see if it matches. Good luck!

My answer would also be trumpet vine, or as my mother calls it, hummingbird vine. This is a pretty plant, but be careful on choosing a location as it is very invasive. I planted one in a bad spot, and had to dig it up and move it about 4 years ago, and I still pull new growth in the old spot every spring.
