Can anyone tell me the name of this movie? It a vampire movie filmed in a huge white house during the winter with tons of snows. They rescue the girl being held in a bedroom by making escape out a window into the snow and get away in a horse and buggy. It was filmed in the 50-1960s in black and white. In the carriage the girl becomes a vampire and attacks her would be rescuers, but it was too late. And that's how it ends. Please any help at all?

It might have been maybe "The Fearless Vampire Killers", starring Roman Polanski and Sharon Tate; I say "maybe" because it came out in the mid- to late-60's. If you want, go to www.imdb.com and look it up by Title; it might even have a trailer you can play or at least some still photos that might tell you whether or not this is the one you're thinking of. I think you are right. I have this movie and I am pretty sure it is the one shawnlibby is thinking of.
In the very last scene, Roman Polanski, who thinks he is rescuing her, is attacked by her because she has been turned into a vampire. End of movie.
