Recently I purchased Lifetime Cookware and regret that I didn't purchase my cookware from Kitchen Craft. The reason for my regret is I have had some major issues with my sales rep and the company not returning my emails. I love my cookware, but it has been very frustrating. I am actually thinking of getting rid of our cookware and going with Kitchen Craft. It frustrating; I spent $5,000 and can't get someone to help me with my cookware.
Does anyone own Kitchen Craft and Lifetime Cookware? If so which companies cookware do you prefer and why?

Kitchen Craft cookware is better construction and built to last. Customer service has been fantastic and I am ecstatic to ave made the investment. Quality over quantity.
