Wine Serving Tips?

red wine with foodI am looking for advice about white wine and red wine. Which do you keep cold and which do you serve at room temp?

Sean- while it is said that red wine should be served at room temp, this is a misnomer as "room" temperatures vary. Ideally red wine should be served slightly chilled 68-72 degrees. White wine should be served chilled at 48-52 degrees.

White wine is served cold and red wine is served at room temperature.
