I have a strawberry plant that was given to me. It is in a container and I want to keep it that way; I only have a patio and no garden space. What do I do with this plant in the winter so it doesn't die and I can put it outside again next spring?

I think all of us need to know where you live in what state at least. If you live in Georgia I would say leave it where it is and it will die back and come back but if you live in a northern state like Alaska then it will be a different story. Can you supply the state?
