One year our small church was hosting a Christmas banquet and was short on funds. We needed some type of inexpensive decorations for the room it was to be held in, so we wrapped large framed pieces of artwork in Christmas paper and added ribbons and bows. It was fast and fit into the tiny budget we had.

I saw these wrapped frames at a local restaurant and thought it was a simple way to make a wall look festive. These are for Christmas, but you could do this to celebrate a birthday or any other holiday.

For a cheap, beautiful way to decorate your house for Christmas, try taking your pictures down from the wall and wrapping them in some beautiful wrapping paper. Hang them back on the wall. Makes the house look so festive and it's inexpensive to do!
