Yellow Leaves on a Pepper Plant

What is the problem when the lower leaves of pepper plants turn yellow and fall off? How do I fix it?

They need nitrogen. Try Miracle Grow. (06/06/2008)

You might be over watering them or watering them at the wrong times of the day. Never water plants in the sunny part of the day only early mornings and late evenings when the sun is down. (06/07/2008)

Nitrogen deficient leaves don't normally fall off. While the lower leaves turn chlorotic (yellow) the upper leaves often appear lighter green and smaller than normal. Lower leaves that are yellowing and sometimes wilting that are followed by falling off in numbers is usually due to over watering.
Leaves that are yellowing and falling off about 2 sets of leaves from the bottom (but not all at once) could just be the natural occurrence of old leaf drop as the plant grows. (06/10/2008)

My bell peppers look great but they keep turning their leaves over so the bottom is on top. Do you know why they are doing this?
