Summer Squash BakeThis is a wonderful recipe. I made it for Thanksgiving, the whole family loved it. I used Ritz crackers in place of the bread crumbs. It is rich but very good.

Paw-Paw's DressingThis is my FIL's WONDERFUL Thanksgiving and Christmas dressing recipe. He "shared" the recipe with me when I became a part of the family. Trust me, it is AWESOME and you will want to make an extra batch of it because it will go fast. All of the grandkids fight over the last piece. Yum Yum.
Louisiana Corn Bread DressingSimmer gizzard, heart and neck in a quart of water until tender. Add liver and cook a few minutes more until done. Cut all meat fine for dressing. Saute' celery, onion and shallots in butter until done but not brown.
Marshmallow Pilgrim HatsHere's a treat that looks old-fashioned but is made with two favorite modern-day sweets: marshmallows and chocolate. Set the chocolate-striped cookies stripes down on a wax-paper-covered tray, spacing them well apart. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
