After installing vinyl plank flooring, there are shiny shoe sole prints that show in the reflection of the new floor. I mopped with warm water and vinegar and it did not make any difference. The instructions repeatedly caution not to use any but the mildest cleaning solutions. Help!

Have the same problem with allure flooring from Home Depot . Can't find a solution floor is 4 months old. I will check the warrenty !
Did u ever find an answer? My entire house is allure flooring and the kids tennis shoes are streaking the floor and I cant get them up. Tried everything, magic eraser, toothpaste, baking soda, vinegar, erasers, another tennis shoe, wd-40,and even steel wool wrapped around a pencil. Im afraid Im going to damage the floor and I have so many streaks, it would take me forever to treat each individual streak.

Use Brillo pads to get rid of scuff marks on linoleum floor. Always works for me. Make sure you are gentle with it. You don't want to scratch your floor.
To clean scuff marks off any floor surface, I use a green Teflon pad soaked in multi-surface cleaner. Instead of scrubbing on my hands and knees, I use my foot.
I've tried everything to get commercial flooring clean of scuff marks from heavy postal carts being rolled across the floors in the post office where I work.
Can someone please tell me how to remove black scuff marks on the floor?
