Can anyone tell me where to find cheap wedding favors? Silver color preffered.

IF YOU HAVE A DOLLAR STORE OR A BIG LOTS
THAT WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE TO START. ALSO DOLLAR GENERAL OR FAMILY DOLLAR STORES CARRY INEXPENSIVE THINGS
I just got married 3 weeks ago - definitely on a budget. Might I suggest you not worry about wedding favors? People aren't coming to your event to get a parting gift, most people take a party favor home 'to be polite' only to throw it away. I would put whatever you budgeted for favors toward beautiful center pieces or have napkins printed up w/ your new initials that could then be used for drinks or cake and if you have any left over, you could use them for your next event at home.
HI....
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding !!!!
My friend's daughter used heart shaped cookie cutters. She bought them at her local craft store and then cut heart shaped cardstock and printed their name/date on it and then tied it to the cookie cutter with ribbon that matched the wedding colors. They were very cute & inexpensive....
I hope this helps...

Buy bags of silver hershy kisses in bulk - then also buy as many white plastic spoons per guest. You will also need White or whatever color tulle you would like - take two kisses and put on spoon and cover and tie with a ribbon and print up a small business size or so card saying the following " Hugs and Kisses from the New Mr. and Mrs." I hope you get the just of this. Good luck and congratulations early!
thank you all for your suggestions

I am wondering if anyone has any good inexpensive (of course), not too time consuming, and fun ideas for wedding favors?
Jen from Des Moines, WA
Please don't use cracked corn! My son and daughter in law used this and it left a thick nasty dust coating over her gown and his tux! I love the idea about the dyed rice, that would look really neat but isn't it still bad for birds to eat?
You could go to the party store ,and buy a bag of little round paper confetti, they come in all colors, or the roll of string paper, [like people use on New Years eve]. the paper confetti comes in plastic bags. you can take it out of the plastic bag and take a small hand full, wraped it in red Saran wrap or clear , tie with red and black thin ribbon, the guest can unwrap and toss the confetti as you leave the church, hope i have helped .
have butterflies released.or 2 doves.or maybe balloons released.,birdseed is always an option,confetti....good luck in whatever you choose.
try a candy bar.
get bags or boxes colored with the wedding theme and the bride & groom's names on the bags/boxes. then, the guests can fill their bags with whatever candies they like...
have maybe 5-6 candies to choose from that fit within the theme of the wedding.
