It's quick and easy. Mix the eggs and melted cheese together in a bowl. Then dip the slices of bread in to the bowl until they have soaked the mixture all up.

Eggs nestled in a bed of tomato and prosciutto, yum! Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon of chives.

Three Herb Deviled Eggs
Cut tops off of hard-cooked eggs about 1/3 from the top. Gently scoop out yolks with a small spoon. Cut a small thin slice off the rounded bottoms so eggs will sit flat. Set aside tops for another use.

Puffy Eggs Prepared in a Double Boiler
Good Day. As a young girl, my mother use to make a puffy type of egg dish in the double boiler. I know it contained egg, milk or cream, but that's all I remember. The eggs were light as feathers and such a treat. Would love to find a recipe. Thank you.

Huevos Rancheros
In heavy skillet or Dutch oven fry the bacon. Remove bacon and reserve drippings. Saute' onion in the bacon drippings until clear. Add peppers, stirring often.
