| What Color Should I Paint My Kitchen Cabinets?

The house my husband and I are about to purchase has beautiful tile countertops and nice floors in the kitchen. The cabinets have been painted white though, and I'm not too crazy about it. Any suggestions on what to do to improve the kitchen?

| Color Advice for Kitchen Counter Tops

I would like advice on countertop and wall colors for my kitchen. The cabinets are cognac, appliances and wood trim are cream (bisque). The floor and back-splash are Terra Cotta. I am considering black granite with cream and Terra Cotta colored marbling.

I have a multi room activity area. One side is painted a grayish blue color (teen media room), the other is a bright bold blue (toddler play area) the trim is white. There is an archway with no door connecting the two.

 What color should i paint my kitchen cabinets? They are currently a honey stained real wood. But here's the thing, I just painted the walls a green chardonnay it's a kind of olive green with a yellow tinge.

| Couch Seems Too Big for Room

I recently got a new sectional (my husband really wanted a sectional.) I have a great room which includes kitchen, dining room, and living room. I have no choice, but to place this sectional in the middle of open floor against no walls.
