This recipe makes about 4 dozen. These dumplings are a yummy treat and worth the effort. If you're like me and don't really need 4 dozen at a time just go ahead and cook them up because they freeze quite nicely.

Okay, this is time consuming for an appetizer but it's so tasty and worth the effort! I love eating it on sesame flavored melba toast and celery, too!

Not long ago a tip was posted about using mayonnaise instead of butter to cook a grilled cheese sandwich. I personally don't think I could do that but it got me thinking and decided to try using mayo instead of room temp butter for this broil recipe and it was good.

Mmm, mmm good! You can also opt to not separate at the joints and remove wing tips if you choose. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Melt butter in small saucepan, add garlic and stir. Turn off heat.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for several hours before serving for best blending of flavors. Spread is delicious on crackers!

Place a few tablespoons of ketchup in a ziplock bag and snip the edge, so that there is a small hole in the end. Add bloodshot lines with the ketchup, starting from the center going out toward the edge.

Whisk 1/4 cup pepper sauce, oil, garlic and pepper in a large bowl until blended. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, for 4 hours if possible, even better overnight, turning bag occasionally.

An easy and yummy baked appetizer. These refrigerate well and you can easily re-heat a couple in the microwave for about 20 seconds or so.
