Hamburger Potato Casserole
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brown hamburger and drain. Layer hamburger in dish. Add potatoes to 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice.

Simmer water and sugar for 5 minutes. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and cut in margarine. Add milk and chopped and peeled apples.

Barbecue Butter Beans
In a bowl combine the beans, brown sugar, ketchup, and onion. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.

Sausage Chicken
The sausage flavors the chicken, the peppers compliment the sausage, and the dish cooks very easily in crock pot! I also like to do Dutch oven cooking while camping and this recipe would work very easy in that pot as well.
