| Craft: Love Bug Diaper Cake

 This is my 2nd diaper cake. A "Love Bug" cake. I made it for a friend at work. I used; 56 rolled up diapers, receiving blankets, baby rattles & such, washcloths, a love bug to top it off & lots of curling ribbon for color. She loves it.

 I thought it would be fun to host a green baby shower for Earth Day. Most mothers' now days are looking for ways that they can raise healthier babies and help the planet too so here are some great ideas for a green baby shower. This would also be a great party just to celebrate Earth Day.

| Baby Shower Clothesline Poem

I was at a baby shower where they gave the mom-to-be a clothesline full of clothes, that they pulled out of a basket. As the clothesline went around the room a poem was read. Does anyone have that poem?

| Baby Shower Decorating Ideas

 Instead of the traditional "decorate the mommy to be's chair," I decided to decorate a whole table for the Mommy and Daddy to be. First, we made a balloon archway above the table. I covered the table with a pretty tablecloth with Baby written all over it.

| Daddy's Diaper Dooty Poem

I am making a daddy's diaper dooty apron for a co-ed shower. You can buy the aprons online for a dad's gag gift called Daddy's Diaper Dooty or Diaper Master. There's a poem with them, and I really, really want one to go with mine! I can't find out what either says!
