Crispy Peanut Butter Chicken
I tried to replicate the crispy-coated chicken served in peanut butter sauce that was on the buffet at a local Chinese restaurant. Most peanut butter chicken recipes I found online were not crispy, or just didn't sound like what I was craving, so I experimented.

Pantyhose Onion Holder
Save your knee highs and the legs from pantyhose to use to store onions. Just put onion in hose and tie a knot. Add another onion and tie a knot etc. Hang in a cool dry area. When you need an onion, cut it off the bottom below the knot.

Last of the Lettuce Soup
I know this sounds a little weird. Okay, a lot weird. But, this recipe is a great way to clean out the getting old and bitter lettuce in your garden, and it's also good enough to merit using regular lettuce.

Anchor Tea Bags With a Clothespin
While making tea, the "end papers" kept getting to close to the burner. So I used a clothespin to anchor them in place. Afterward, I opened the tea bags and put them in with the coffee grounds to put on the roses and in the garden.
