 This is Layla (my grandaughter). She just turned one year old on November 23rd. She does not like for her hands to be "messy". She did not want to eat her Birthday Cake, she wanted someone to clean her hands off! Her daddy swiped icing on her mouth, she did not do it.

| Family: Emily In Her Heirloom Dress

 This picture is of my granddaughter Emily who was born 9/15/08; she is wearing her mother's dress. The dress is white and has a matching lace blanket. I have a photo of Emily's big sister Hannah wearing the same dress. I plan to have it monogrammed with the names of the mother and daughters and framed in a shadow box.

 This is from an eight picture collage of my two children. One is dressed as a Rapunzle, and the other as Carmen Miranda. The box for the caption is so little, so I need a short caption to tie in the whimsical and imaginary side to this.

| Use Bright Clothing or Background in Outdoor Photos
|
 When picture taking outside, I noticed the pics looked really dull. So I always get the kids to dress up in bright colored clothes or use bright back grounds. I also like using the sky as a background by letting the kids climb a tree, monkey bars or swing set take the picture looking up at them. The pics come out bright and beautiful. My photo books are filled with bright pics of the kids. They make great gifts for great grandpa too.
