| Check Under Furniture When Babyproofing
Before my first baby starting crawling, I thought to myself "I better check and double-check everything." I ran my hand UNDER the entire body of the couch and ran across a furniture staple that had worked itself loose and was plunging downward like a dagger.

| Organic Coconut Oil for Cradle Cap
Instead of using baby oil on your baby's head for cradle cap, try using virgin organic coconut oil instead. As a natural product, coconut oil is much better for the skin than the chemical-laden lotions and oils most people slather on their children.

Help! Baby boy due in a month, but no name has been picked yet. His sister's name is Summer Grace. Would like a name that goes with sister's name.

| Keep Baby Busy While Changing a Diaper
Keep your baby busy while you change their diaper! This is so easy. When my son was a baby, I would give him a toy to occupy him, making it easy to change the diaper. He had his mind on the toy, and it made my job a lot easier without all of that wiggling.

| Use Hand Sanitizer for Diaper Odor on Hands
After changing a stinky diaper, it is so hard to get rid of that smell on your hands. No matter how very careful you are, so wash your hands thoroughly as you normally would, and then use hand sanitizer, directly after washing your hands.

| Use Olive Oil to Massage Babies
I took an Infant Massage Class when my son was born and the instructor had us use regular olive oil to massage our babies. It is cheaper than massage oil for babies. It is non-toxic according to our instructor and all natural. The only draw back is the smell! Infant massage is wonderful and I encourage anyone to take a class. Our hospital offered it free to new Mom's.

| Check Thrift Stores For New Baby Clothes
I found a wonderful way to help a mother-to-be when my daughter and I went to her baby shower. I was informed that new clothes are donated to thrift stores when they are bringing in new stock. I went with my daughter to see if I could find some new clothes. What a windfall! I got beautiful new clothing for very little money as did my daughter.
