| Finding Jeans That Fit

Where can I find a perfect a pair of jeans? I am 5ft 2in and I have a flat tush. I have not been able to find any pair of jeans that fit me perfectly. Can anyone give any suggestions? Also, I am a size 15. Even petite fits me long. I want something that will fit nice to my body and give some what of an illusion that I got a little junk in the trunk. LOL Thanks.

Does anybody know the brand Baby D'Vanty? I bought a dress for my baby daughter at a consignment store here in Houston Texas. The dress is gorgeous, its 100% linen and its made in Colombia. Of course this doesn't mean this brand comes from Colombia, but I would love to find out more about this brand and their clothing line. Please if anybody has any information about this clothing brand I would really be grateful. I love this dress and my daughter is going to outgrow it any day now.

I always search the clearance racks all year round. This is great when you buy sweaters (for fall/school) in May and June. Never pay full price for kids school clothes. Always search on line sites too.

 Tips for Saving Money on Socks as suggested by the ThriftyFun community. Buy one type of sock only. All the same color and brand and style. Enough for 2-3 weeks worth. If one goes missing or one wears out faster than the other it can be matched up later to the same type of sock.

Does anyone know where I can purchase reproduction sexy retro clothing for a size 14 voluptuous figure? Or, maybe just a pattern? Mae West was a very large woman, but try and find sexy, satin, form fitting dresses for a size 14 now. Have tried Daddy's O's and Pinup Girl.

| Sleeveless Shift Dresses

Does anyone know where to buy comfortable sleeveless dresses for wearing around the house? Carol Wright sells some house dresses but they have the shirring around the chest and I don't like those kind, they're not comfortable. I'd like to find a store that sells just a straight shift dress that doesn't have all that stitching in the top of the dress. Thank you for any suggestions.

Boating stores have great sales on boat shoes and other sporting shoes! My husband is addicted to Topsider sailing moccasins gotten on sale. They are sporty and sturdy, he gets them at 1/2 off and they last and last. He also just got a nice pair of leather sneakers for me for $9! So check out boating stores (and sporting goods stores like Big 5) for their sales and great deals on well-made casual shoes.

Save money when shopping for clothing. Always turn the garment wrong side out and check the seams and hem for loose or broken threads. NEVER pull a thread to break it. Always cut it with scissors. If the garment is damaged or has a spot on it, you can ask the clerk for a discount.

| Looking For Affordable, Fashionable Children's Clothing

My 8 year old daughter recently started worrying about fashion. We have a store nearby called "Justice For Girls" and she loves clothing from "Limited Too". I love that she is into fashion because of course I was too. But Justice and Limited Too are very expensive. My daughter has always been very petite and extremely skinny so I love that Justice and Limited Too clothing fits her better than any other clothing stores we have tried.
