Crocs Shrink in the Sun!
I have worn Crocs for several years, in fact, I am just getting ready to replace my first pair. The pair I have been wearing are about 4 years old. It amazes me how well they have held up, because I am quite rough on shoes.

Altering Men's T-shirts for a Woman
I travel and buy a lot of t-shirts. Most are men's. Is there any way to shorten them a bit and make them look a little more feminine? I can fix the neck and sleeves.

Use White Wine to Clean Red Wine From Clothing
About 35 yrs ago when I was in my 20's and going out dancing a lot, I was a red wine drinker. I sometimes ended up spilling more wine than I drank. A friend of mine told me how to get red wine out of my white sweater coat.

Repairing Snags in Microfiber Shirt
How do I repair the numerous "pulls" in the new microfiber, polyester "stay dry" golf shirts? I have tried pulling the fabric in different directions and pulling the threads to the inside of the shirt, nothing works.

Magic Eraser for Clean Sneakers
I can't stand having dirty sneakers. I used to use white shoe polish but it smells, takes a while to dry and can stain. I've found that using a Mr. Clean magic erase block (or similar store brand erase block) works wonderful at whitening even the oldest dingy sneakers.

Patch Kids Pants With Shirt Sleeves
Save the fabric when you turn a winter long-sleeved shirt into a summer short-sleeved shirt and use this fabric to patch the knees or add length to kids pants. The shirt can then be worn with the pants as a cute matching set!

Renewed Night Gown With T-Shirt
When your night gown wears out at the top, but the bottom is still ok, cut the top off, and replace it with a T-shirt. Cut the hem off the T-shirt. Put a long zipper in front to keep from pulling it over your head.

Oil on UGG Boots
I spilled oil on my Ugg boots. I tried water and then tried baby powder. Neither worked. Someone said try chalk. I rubbed the chalk on the spot and it is completely gone.

Repair Winter Boots With Duct Tape
My daughter's winter boot zipper broke and we could not find anymore winter boots in our area to fit her. I cut into the edge of the broken zipper and got the metal pull back into the zipper and zipped it back up half way to hold that side together.
