Make Your Own Dickies
Dickies can be made by taking the dickie cloth and using garters at each side at the top to attach around bra straps. They can be made from expensive remnants from something that you hemmed. I keep a stash of large pieces that were cut off from hemming just for this use.

Advice About Dying Clothing

Making Distressed Jeans
I just bought a jean skirt. It has one distressed hole and i would like to make a few more. These are the holes that are like torn around the edges and the last layer of jean is still showing so it's not really a "hole". Does anyone know how to make these?
