Regaining the Tan Color after Bleaching
If you are trying to get bleach stain out of tan clothing you can use a tea bag to hide the stain. I discovered this trick when I used a bit of bleach to get rid of a stain on my favorite tan jacket.

Creases in Slacks
To really secure the creases in slacks, make a mixture of half water/half vinegar and saturate a pressing cloth in it. Wring it out and press slacks till dry. Your creases are permanently set. By sewingmamma

Making Shoes Last Longer
To make your shoes last longer, put a thin piece of rubber on the bottom of the soles. You can have a shoe repair person do this. It will help them last longer and should help you have better traction, especially in icy, cold climates! By Robin
