| Computer's USB Ports Not Working

We have a computer at home and out of no where it won't let us use the USB slots on the tower anymore. So now we can't download our camera or charge and put music on our MP3 players. We tried the ones in the back, they don't work either.

How do I find and access a cd to download onto it? I right clicked and saved photos from my email yesterday. Now they are missing. They should be in AOL saved pictures, in the Shoebox I believe. Are they lost now? How do I get into the Shoebox?

| Computer Isn't Doing Updates

My Microsoft icon is in my lower right hand corner of the screen. It says it is downloading updates but it isn't happening. Is there some way to find out why not and get these important updates? I've tried a few things but no luck. Thanks.

| Joystick Not Working With Windows Vista

I have Windows Vista (32bit) trying to run MS Combat Flight Sim.1 with a Logitech Attack 3 joystick. The joystick will calibrate through cfs, but will not control the game. Please help.

Why do I not get pictures in most of my e-mails? I get small squares in the left hand corner of the boxes, they are red. Please help if possible. Thank you.

| Computer Deleted My Emails

I opened my mail this morning and it said I had 12 new messages, I deleted the first one and then suddenly the screen "rebooted", meaning that it went blank then came up again and all my new (12) emails were deleted. Can you help?

| Dell Laptop Not Staying Connected to the Internet

I bought a dell laptop from ebay, it works good but I cannot keep it connected to the internet using a router which is new. It has internal WiFi in it. We have tried everything we can think of. It will let you on for awhile and then kick you off and you can't get back on.

| Netscape Won't Load Anymore

I use Netscape as my browser and today it loaded fine earlier in the day, but when I tried to load it a second time it won't load, in fact there's absolutely no response when I click on the icon. I know that Netscape is not the best browser these days, but all of my bookmarks I've saved up throughout the years are on there. I tried downloading a newer version of Netscape but it won't load either. Please help!
