Artichoke Red Pepper Dip
I wanted a different dip to serve other than mixing mayo and mustard together. I looked in my pantry and saw the artichokes and went from there.

Lemon Chicken
Here's an excellent Lemon Chicken recipe I've made for a couple of decades ... It sounds like a lot of work but it really isn't and the end results are yummy, very healthy and well worth the effort :-) I choose to cook it in a wok but a large skillet will do just fine. You can freeze leftovers if you wish to :-)

Double Stuffed Meat Loaf
Combine all main ingredients together. Place half of ingredients into a greased pan. Mix the filling ingredients together. Spread this mixture over meat mixture in pan. Place second half of meat mix on top of this. Pour 1 cup tomato juice over it. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.

Peanut Chicken Curry
In a large skillet, saute carrots and onion in oil until tender. Add garlic, saute 1 minute longer. Stir in broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

Polenta Lasagna
Bring 4 cups water to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat. Slowly add cornmeal to water; stirring constantly with wire whisk. Reduce heat to low; stir in marjoram.

Easy, Lip-Smackin' Polish Sausage Dinner
Saute Polish sausage in skillet. When heated or browned, add frozen vegetables and stir until softened. Add about 1/4 cup of the Teryaki Baste and Glaze, more or less to taste.

Fun Fried Fruit Fritter Pies
Roll out canned biscuit dough on a plate lightly dusted with flour. Take 1 1/2 teaspoon fruit on rounded dough. Fold over fruit, twist edges closed.

Watermelon Cookies
You really have to allow yourself some space and time to make these. They are time consuming, but I won First Prize in 1998 at the Oregon State Fair for them, so for me, they were worth it.
