| Organizing Barbie Clothes Patterns
As I create and sew Barbie doll-size fashions, I came up with a way to keep my patterns organized. For each outfit of the pattern set, I use a 6 1/2-in x 3 5/8-in regular envelope. On the outside, I write the Pattern Number, View, Name of outfit, etc.

| Simple Stuffed Teddy Bear Pattern
I like to watch craft shows on TV and recently saw 'Quilt In A Day'. She made a very simple stuffed teddy bear. It was only the body, head, ears, legs and arms. I have tried to find a pattern on the internet, but they all require joint pieces and foot pads.

| Homemade Checkers

You can make your own checkers game by saving plastic milk bottle caps. You need two different colors, 12 checkers for each player. If all your bottle caps are the same color, color the top of half the caps with permanent marker.

| Homemade Jigsaw Puzzle
Make a personalized homemade jigsaw puzzle by gluing a photograph to a piece of 1/4 inch plywood. If you have a color ink jet printer you can print the photo yourself. Then use a jigsaw to cut your puzzle pieces.

| Calendar Puzzles

A fun way to reuse old calendars that have nice pictures is to glue each picture to a piece of cardboard. Then cut the cardboard and picture into puzzle pieces.

| Photo Toy Box
My son has a boy in his class that is moving and we want to give him a wooden toy box with photos for a going away gift. What do you suggest to use to put the photos onto the wood so they would be permanent and it would not hurt the pictures?

| Using Styrofoam For Doll House Furniture
We have all these great styrofoam pieces left over from Christmas packages. We made some "blocky" doll house furniture from them. We carved out a couch and two "stuffed" chairs. covered them with some old quilts by cutting the pieces to size and gluing them into place.

| Looking For Dollhouse Pattern
I'm looking for plan or patterns for dollhouses for my 3 year old. I want to make a dollhouse myself for my daughter - a challenge for me. And hopefully fun for her. I'd be grateful for any help anyone can give. Thanks,
