If you have good hands and you just moved into your new home, you really don't have to change your locks. All you have to do is go to "Home Depot" and get a "Kwikset" or "Schlage" re-key pack and start working. It's easy!

I just read the hint about checking the screws in your doorknobs. While I was going around, I found that my door hinge pins were all elevated. A couple were half out.
Take a screwdriver along and check all the doorknobs in your home. It may save you some work later. I found that every one of mine needed two or three turns of the screwdriver.
