Keep Track of Underwear Sizes With Dots
When you have 3,4, or more children all the same sex and close in age it can be difficult to keep underwear and socks sorted and in the correct drawers. We all know about"Hand-me-Downs". Dealing with them can be helpful if you use a permanent marker and put 1 dot it in the waistband or tag of the underwear for the oldest child.

Puffed Paint for Marking Underwear
If your underwear doesn't have sizing tags, it's a very good idea to label them yourself. It makes it easier for you to know where to place it, in which child's drawer it belongs.

Roll Sweatpants for a Tidy Drawer
I lay my sweatpants flat, fold in half then take the bottom of the legs and roll up to the waist. I can now see all my sweatpants at once and don't have to mess up the entire drawer looking for a particular color.

Use Small Children's Clothes Hangers for Pants
When my son was younger I loved the small kid-sized hangers to hang up his clothes. When he grew out of the small hangers and into the larger hangers, I didn't know what to do with them. I gave away a bunch of them before I realized they were perfect to hang my pants on, right next to my shirts in my closet!

Organize Drawers With Reused Plastic Packaging
I don't know about you but my underwear drawer is frequently in disarray. I keep those clear plastic things that sheets come in and tablecloths because they are good for so many things. Well, I decided to organize my messy drawer by keeping all of my slips in one of these clear plastic bags. No more rummaging around! These bags are good for so many things!!

Store Panty Hose In Toilet Paper Tubes
I have an easy way to store panty hose, knee highs or tights. I place them inside an empty TP roll. I can write with a marker on the outside of the tube a description such as "navy tights" or "nude knee highs".

Marking Clothes for Children
My Mom had the perfect solution to labeling those children's articles of clothing. #1 child got one dot of nail polish on the label. The nail polish does not wash out very easily. #2 child got two dots, and so on down the line.

Hang Everyday Clothes Inside Out
When putting clothes away in the closet, and you have a mix of 'can use for everyday' and good in the same one--I put the everyday use tops/blouses/shirts on hangers inside out.

Plastic Over-the-Door Shoe Organizer
Plastic over-the-door shoe organizers: seems every time you really look for something, is the time you cannot find it. I have seen these before, at the Dollar General, at the Dollar Tree, and neither is carrying them now, and I refuse to pay a fortune for such a thing. Does anyone know where else I could look to find these on the cheap?

Hang Clothes Backward
When your closet is bursting at the seams and you just have to get rid of something but just can't decide what to part with, take all of your hanging clothes and hang them backwards, with the hook part facing you.
