Circle Numbers in the Phone Book
When for the 1st time you look up the phone number of a person and/or a business take a pen and circle the name of the person and/or business. Then the next time you have to look the number up again it will stick out like a sore thumb. Of course if this is a person and/or business that you will be calling frequently then enter it into your address book. Sure saves a lot of time. By Joesgirl

Keep an Errand Tote By the Door
Keep a tote bag somewhere near your door. Put anything in it that needs to be taken out of the house. I keep a file folder in mine for lists and other paper items I don't want to get mussed up. Other things this is useful for are; dishes or other belongings to be returned to someone, library books to be returned, something you want to take to your vehicle such as a new pen or tablet or the new vehicle registration, a small bottle of water to drink on trips or wash your hands with, outgoing mail, coupons to use at various stores, your To Buy List, a magazine, newspaper or internet articles you want to read if you get stuck in traffic or a waiting room, items needing to be returned to a store, dry cleaning, etc. It keeps you organized and is handy to grab on your way out the door. Grocery Shopping List Tips
Everyone probably knows that it is helpful to put a shopping list on fridge so that you can make note of what you have run out of. Another good idea is to put a list on the inside of your cupboard or panty where you store dry goods. This is especially helpful if you pantry is not near you fridge (ours is in our garage). You can also put one in the bathroom somewhere to note when beauty and personal items are needed. This way, items are less likely to be left off the shopping list when someone forgets to put it on the list on the fridge.

6 Keys to Respecting Your Time
By Maria Gracia
Are you the type of person that always says YES to every demand on your time? Can you watch my kids? Will you drive me to soccer practice? You're so good at sewing; can you help me make a party costume for my daughter? Would you mind calling that person for me? Since you're already working on the computer, would you mind typing me a letter?
