Mice in Car's Fan Housing
My mom has a severe problem with field mice getting into the heating/air fan housing in her car. No one else has had a problem when they visit her, but she has had to have her car in the shop at least 10 times for this in the two years that she has owned the car.

Can a Peppermint Air Freshener Repel Mice?
If the odor of peppermint oil is a repellent for mice, then wouldn't using an air freshener with peppermint fragrance do the same thing?

Deter Mice With Crushed Red Pepper
When I was young, I lived in a lot of rented houses that had mice. After not controlling the population with traditional methods, we tried this with much success. Locate the mouse hole, if you are that lucky, and cover it with a piece of duct tape that has been sprinkled with a good amount of crushed red peppers, like you get from the pizza parlor.

Get Rid of Mice with Exlax
We owned and operated a seasonal fishing camp/resort out in the bush. Our cabins, lodge and washroom facilities were basic & simple. It was a summer business. In the fall we closed down, and in came the mice, although we lived year round on site with 5 cats! I tried everything to protect the cabins, house, etc. from the MICE! Now you cannot mouse proof over 11 acres of resort out in the bush, can you? Thanks to a old timer bush man we did.

Plant Daffodils To Prevent Pests
If you are having trouble with something eating your flower bulbs, try planting daffodils around your flower bulbs. Daffodils are toxic to mice and voles. Worked great for me.

Master the Mouse
By Kelly Ann Butterbaugh
When the seasons change certain unwelcome guests move into the home. They're little, they're furry, and they're cute when they're running on a wheel. They're not cute when they're running across your kitchen.

Removing Lice From Play Toys
I was babysitting a child a couple of days ago, and found out yesterday that her sister brought home a bad case of lice from her daycare. The little girl I was babysitting has them, too. I have been checked THOROUGHLY and don't have them.

Mice Coming In Through a Hole in My Foundation
I would like to try and deter mice from our house. My problem is this: There is a hole on the outside of the house where the top of the foundation meets the house. I am afraid that if I put mint in the hole they will find "another" point of exit for the mice that are already in the hole, creating yet another hole, or there could be dead mice in the house walls if they have no other exit.

Rulers Keep Mice and Roaches out of Cupboards
We were so disgusted when we found a mouse had made his way into our kitchen cupboards. We found a half inch space along the bottom of the cupboard doors where the nasty little mouse made his way in. I knew I needed molding or something to cover that space, but needed something right then (in the middle of the night) that wouldn't be an eyesore. What ended up working perfectly were several CLEAR PLASTIC RULERS I had bought (3 for $1) at a dollar store.

Mice in a Camper
We recently purchased a 30 foot camper and I found mouse droppings in the floor vents and cupboards. Everything is sealed up tight under the camper so mice shouldn't be able to get in anymore. I heard that certain dryer sheets help repel mice.
