| Individual Pizzas
Thrifty, tasty, and low sodium individual pizzas can be made quickly and easily. the contents are as varied as any pizza restaurant, and just about as tasty. I just use what I have at hand; left over roasted chicken or beef, for instance.

| Pizza Sauce Without Tomatoes
I know about Ranch and BBQ sauce, but what else can you put on pizza that isn't tomato based? My 2 1/2 year old gets horrible diaper rash, but pizza is one of the few things she'll eat on a consistent basis.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If you don't have a pizza stone or round nonstick cooking sheet, lightly grease a regular round cooking sheet. Cook ground beef in skillet, drain and spoon evenly on pizza crust dough.

Great for kids or serve with soup and call it dinner! Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray. Lightly flatten each biscuit, press into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin tin (best if brought to room temp before putting in tins).

| Skillet Pan Pizza
This pizza recipe is great! Kids love it and a lot of the spices you should already have so it is economical. I have found however that you really do not need the amount of pepperoni they say you need in recipes but, if you love pepperoni, you just might want to add the amounts called for!

| Recipe for Veggie Pizza
I am trying to locate an old recipe for a "veggie pizza" that has a sour cream and horseradish sauce base, rather than the cream cheese and ranch dressing mix base. I used to make this in the '80's.
