Strawberry Rhubarb Crepes
In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk and butter.combine the flour, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon; add to egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Crepes (French Pancakes)
Combine flour, sugars, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix together. Add eggs and extract. Mix again. Now melt butter into frying pan and pour into bowl. Mix again. Pour some of mix into pan. Place heat on low. Spread mix so it covers the inside of pan evenly.

Garden Veggie Quiche
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Fit pie crust in a 9x2 inch fluted quiche pan with a removable bottom. Bake crust 20 minutes; let cool. Meanwhile, over medium heat in skillet, cook broccoli, squash, leek and red pepper for 8 minutes. . .

Sausage and Lentil Casserole

This casserole is an old French favorite, it demonstrates simple home-cooking at its best giving a hearty and delicious taste of the traditional French kitchen. It makes a delicious and quick hot meal when served with fresh French bread. This recipe can be adapted for vegetarians by substituting the sausages for beans (white, black or red).
