Mmm, mmm good! You can also opt to not separate at the joints and remove wing tips if you choose. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Melt butter in small saucepan, add garlic and stir. Turn off heat.

Halloween: Deviled Eyeballs
Place a few tablespoons of ketchup in a ziplock bag and snip the edge, so that there is a small hole in the end. Add bloodshot lines with the ketchup, starting from the center going out toward the edge.

Jalapeno Cheese Bites
An easy and yummy baked appetizer. These refrigerate well and you can easily re-heat a couple in the microwave for about 20 seconds or so.

Cheese Puffs Appetizer
My neighbor used to make these for her family once a month when my son was a little boy. She was always so sweet to bring us a ziplock bag filled with the frozen puffs so we could have them too. Beware though, they are very addictive!

Baked Cheese Olives
Here we go again with my love of jalapenos and cheese, but this one has the added wonderful flavor of green olives. :) Make a double batch and freeze to bake at a later time for a quick snack.

Deeli's Jalapeno Poppers
I simply love jalapenos and cheese ;-) In deep fryer or medium/large pot, heat oil to 400 degrees F. In small bowl, combine flour, beer, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine and set aside.

Easy appetizers ;-) Spear half of a tomato, a piece of basil or cilantro sprig, a mozzarella bite and another half of a tomato on each toothpick.
