Frozen Fruit Cup
Into a large bowl, pour hot water and dissolve sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into shallow pans and freeze.

Fruit Roll-ups
I love fruit roll up snacks but can't afford the price at the grocery store. This recipe is so quick and easy and no preservatives ;-) My next experiment will be to see if one freezes well and if it does, I will make multiple batches ;-)

Fried Apples
Steam apples with butter and water in a heavy saucepan until they are soft. Stir sugar and cinnamon.

Mandarin Orange Salad
Stir gelatin and water together until dissolved. Add sherbet and stir until all is dissolved. Then add fruit. Mix well.

Chilled Berry Soup
Wash strawberries and remove stems. Whirl all ingredients in a blender or food processor. If the soup is too thick, stir in a little more water. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
