Italian Eggplant Roll-Ups
Cut stem from eggplant and slices lengthwise into 12 slices, about 1/8 inch thick. Dip slices into mixture of egg and milk, then into crumbs.

Best I Ever Had Spaghetti Sauce
The seasonings give it the best flavor! Brown meat and garlic; drain well. Saute vegetables, except carrot, in olive oil. Combine everything and simmer about 3-4 hours, stirring frequently.

Easy Lasagna Recipes
This is a favorite of my husband. Combine water, sauce and meat. Spread 1 1/2 cups sauce mix in a 9x13 pan. Layer noodles on top of sauce.

Spaghetti
Cook ground beef and onion together; drain off fat and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together (except spaghetti). Mix sauce and meat together, then mix it with cooked spaghetti in amount of your choice, and serve.

Cavatini
Cook noodles as package directs. Mix all other ingredients with noodles, using only 1/2 package of cheese. Sprinkle the other 1/2 for topping.

Spaghetti and Meat Balls
This is my all time favorite! I could eat spaghetti 7 days a week and not get tired of it! This particular recipe is a bit time consuming, but it is SO worth it!

Sue's Easy Lasagna
An easy to make and bake lasagna that you don't have to cook the noodles first. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In saucepan, heat sauce and water. Combine ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Season to taste.

Easy Chicken Parmesan
Easy to do and tasty! Brown chicken patties until crispy in a 400 degree F oven in a 13x9 inch pan- about 20 minutes or so.

Italian Sausage Lasagna
Brown ground beef and onion. Slices garlic and add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, tomato paste, water and tomato sauce to meat. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles as label directs. Drain and cover with cold water.
